Pramesh Doshi has led the firm's practice in Gujarat. Dr. Shardul Shah holds a Ph.D. in International Taxation and a degree in law. His practice covers business restructuring, including reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions; management consultancy; a range of audits including transfer pricing and bank audits; and legal advisory and representation under FEMA, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and before the Enforcement Directorate. He has served as a Regional Council Member of WIRC of ICAI and has written for BCAS and ICAI publications.
